Information for talks and posters

Oral presentation

Invited talks: 25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion

Regular talks: 15 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion


- Screen-sharing style via Zoom

- You may use PowerPoint / PDF according to your preference

- As a safety backup, you can send your presentation to us in case your connection does not suffice, so we click through your slides

- Pre-recording your presentation in PowerPoint and playing / sending the file to us will be possible as well


- The link to the live sessions will be sent to all registered participants a few days before the workshop

- You can as well join via the provided YouTube livestream, which will be set to "not listed", registered poeple will need to click the link sent by mail

- If you do not want your talk broadcasted via the private YouTube stream tell us beforehand please

Poster presentation

An on-site presentation of printed posters is replaced with an online version.

- Please prepare a 16:9 format PDF (slide size: 60 cm wide, 33,75cm high is a good starting point, as most screens use this screen landscape orientation / size)

- Your PDFs, submitted to the organizing committee, will be displayed here on the website (like shown in the example below)

- See below for uploading options

- Deadline for uploading: expired

- The discussion will take place in individual voice-chat rooms via BigBlueButton, where you might as well share your screen while explaining and discussing your poster

- If you don't want a poster to be uploaded on the website let us know, the presentation is then restricted to a low-resolution screen sharing

- The link to the poster sessions will be sent to all registered participants a day before the workshop
